DONATION REFUND POLICY
Donations are non-refundable; however refunds will be granted at HMI: New Jersey’s discretion for special circumstances, such as an error made in your donation. For these exceptions, we will honor your request for a refund made within 5 business days of your donation. To request a refund, email [email protected]. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
